Pasadena, CA — Last week, various state labor departments including those of Washington, Oregon, Michigan, and New Jersey announced higher unemployment figures for the month of November. The worst affected has been the state of Michigan, whose unemployment rate rose to 9.6% in November, the highest since 1992.

Evaluating the current economic scenario, Harrison Barnes opines that the nation is headed for an even tougher period ahead.
