Differences may be of several types like differences in thinking, differences in experience, differences in work habits, differences in the style of management, difference in tradition and culture etc. It doesn't matter what the type of difference is but it matters if it affects the levels of innovation and creativity. At the work place it's more important to handle the differences carefully and in such a manner that it must not lay down as an obstacle in the growth of the organization.

At work you must interact with several types of people. More of them you find friendly but some of them are not so much. You do have the responsibility to deal with all the types. Some of the workers like to talk every time the have the chance, and others are more quiet and reserved. In the sense it don't refers that he or she is a horrific person or his company is bad. In another sense you can not disagree that too much talking will affect the productive of your work. The proper way of dealing with that person is to convince him or her that you enjoy their company; you need to do your work also though. Don't try to avid him or her rather tell her or him to chat on the lunch hour or post time of the work. Some people might have the habit of complaining each and every time like he or she is not satisfied relating to any matter at the working place. You might find in each and every work he or she should have some issue to argue for. Its not the ideal way to give him or her some advice rather the best way to deal with these type of person is to alter the topic of conversation. Another kind of persons you find at work who don't know what gossip is in simple words these people have bigger mouth. The better way to treat those types of people is to keep yourself silent and if possible try your best to maintain your distance from their discussion. Each and every person has some weak point but, if you like them you can deal with all the differences found in each and every one without affecting your work.
