New home sales strongest in more than 2 years
People are buying more new homes now. This is great news considering the awful state of the nation in the last few years. It is another sign that we are finally pulling out of the recession and making headway again. Buying new homes raises prices and helps with other avenues of consumerism as people will have to buy all new appliances and the like with their new home.
