Obama budget office: Prepare for job cuts
It?s time to implement austerity measures The Obama administration ? Office of Management and Budget ? has issued a serious memo to all government departments to look for ways to introduce austerity measures. The austerity measures might comprise job cuts or asking the staff to go on furloughs, etc. Certain other restrictions might also come into force to shrink expenditures and allocations, if the congress does not resolve the debt ceiling issue before March 1.
