Conflict between the co-workers is another important reason for the leave of employees. Some times the conflict between the co-workers is useful for the organization; but in most of the cases conflict is deadly for the organizational growth and leads a way for employees’ turnover. Most of the time conflict arises when one person gives more value to his own views and avoids listening to the other.
