The General Manager of a TV station is considered as the principal administrator of television and radio stations. A station manager has a good idea about the television and radio management work. Station managers are also known as general operation managers or general managers. They work as a direct administrator at radio & television stations. Managers have to manage his/her positions like a general office staff. However, they are also required to manage their work in the best possible manner. Well, they can make a good position in their field due to the problem solving quality. The most important thing is the communication skills. It is really needed in every workplace to manage the duties.

Should have communication skills:

If you are a manager at a TV and radio station, then you should have strong communication skills. By having this skill you can communicate with your outside agencies as well as organizations. The station managers should have a specific knowledge about their related works.
