Opportunities may include:
Attending orientation and training events, field trips, social activities, weekly seminars and opportunities to meet and interact with functional leaders
Participating in performance reviews with your manager, who will provide coaching and guidance throughout your internship, as will your assigned mentor
Giving a presentation about your work assignment and projects, as well as what you learned from the internship program
operations gathers, processes, transports, fractionates and markets natural gas and natural gas liquids. In addition, the segment transports crude oil and other feedstocks to our refineries and other locations, delivering refined and specialty products to market while providing storage services for crude oil and petroleum products. This segment consists of three business lines: NGL, Transportation and DCP Midstream which is comprised of owned and leased logistics assets that each provide strategic, timely and environmentally safe transfer of products through pipeline systems, terminals, and fractionation units.

Corrosion Trainee Intern:
maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment while providing recommendations for cathodic protection, corrosion mitigation and control systems.
Work side-by-side with experienced professionals and network with other interns
Obtain an introduction to Company practices, procedures and technical tools, technical training classes, participating in technical networks, and on-the-job training.
Internship opportunities could be located within any of our 5 U.S. Midstream Divisions at Pipeline and/or Terminal field locations.

Requirements for a Phillips 66 Corrosion Trainee Internship:
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Pipeline Integrity
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a Sophomore or higher
Available for a minimum of eight continuous weeks
Must maintain valid driver's license
Must be mobile to work within any of our 5 U.S. Midstream Divisions
Willingness and ability to perform and comply, with or without reasonable accommodations, with the following:
To walk, stand, stoop, sit, climb, and carry material on a daily basis on even & uneven terrain
To use hand & power tools
To work alone a high percentage of the time
To raise & transport supplies & equipment weighing 40 lbs
To climb to the top of tanks & other facility assets
To use work equipment manuals & maps
To work outside in harsh weather conditions
To travel up to 40% of the time
NACE CP Level 1 Certification
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Previous internship or co-op participant in related industry
Previous internship with Phillips 66.
