Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Cyber Security Service Line Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The Cyber Security (CS) Service Line Manager will be the internal advocate for specific MDA Cyber Security Lines of business associated with MDA cyber security projects and applications. This position will report to the Network Security Manager and maintain a collaborative relationship with Portfolio Service Management to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to cyber security within IT Services. The position is located on Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO supporting the JRDC Program.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Cyber Security (CS) Service Line Manager will be responsible for: Coordinating successful implementations of the CS Lines of Business (i.e., CERT COP, Cyber Security Training Enclave and MDA Cyber Range, Tail site CNDSP capability deployment) through collaborative efforts with Northrop Grumman reach back resources, IT Services managers and Government stakeholders.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree and 20 years experience; Master's degree and 15 years experience; or a PhD and 9 years of experience in an engineering or computer science related field and in IT operations *Developing the cyber security service line strategic planning process for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Information Technology (IT) Services organization *Must be knowledgeable of IT disciplines, Cyber security initiatives and industry trends pertinent to CS *Be able to demonstrate and articulate experience with CS Service Line Models *Possess demonstrated excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, including facilitation and group presentation skills; demonstrated knowledge of project management and Service Level Management methodologies; and demonstrated abilities both as a strategic and tactical thinker *Have the ability to tactfully and persuasively manage conflict and negotiation *8-10 years experience in IA/CND and associated cyber security disciplines at the strategic and tactical levels *ITIL experience in Service Strategy and Service Design Certification *Must be able to obtain a DoD TOP SECRET security clearance
