Profile

Responsible for guiding customers through the purchase decision and activation process of Client product offerings (cable, data, and voice) at 3rd party partner stores, i.e. Best Buy, Walmart, etc. Meets established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services. Responsible for assisting in maximizing sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives. Works flexible schedule which may include weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Lifts up to 15 pounds to help manage stock room inventory.
• Stands for long periods of time.
• Ensures individual sales targets are met.
• Executes promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives.
• Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues by clearing explaining and illustrating product and service capabilities.
• Offers product suggestions to customers to help satisfy their needs/wants.
• Exhibits best-in-class customer services.
• Contributes to maintaining a clean and orderly kiosk and ensures kiosk remains visually appealing.
• Continuously expands knowledge of trends and current Client services and products.
• May be required to work at other retail locations from time to time as needed and complies with Client Vehicle and Driving policies and requirements .
• Maintains current job knowledge through completion of on-going training opportunities, satisfactory skills assessment scores, and attainment of job related certifications, including annual certification renewal/update.
• Performs other duties as required.
