Job Description:
Should have development/Support skills on ILE / RPG, ILE/ CL, and COBOL/400
Strong analytical and development skills in analyzing a business need is a must and have good understanding of Pharmacy benefit management.
Lead needs to work and gain knowledge on multiple areas of the application which would provide great learning opportunities.
Should be capable of doing an impact analysis and be ready to engage with client in resolving critical tickets and support request.
Should have good inter-personal skills and co-ordinate with offshore team in resolving and managing support priorities
Good communication skills and interactions with offshore teams and client end users.
Experience: 5 years
