Prestigious global Philadelphia based organization has immediate role for highly skilled Application Support Specialist for all new opportunity. Company seeks motivated and talented professional to join high powered team of application support analysts. Diverse duties include monitor all software applications to ensure all applications are working correctly, resolve and escalate issues as needed, monitor all systems and requests, handle all incidents arising from a day to day operations, determine failure trends and the root cause, track system performance, etc. Must have 4 to 7 years of experience as an application/ technical support analyst with knowledge of Unix, Windows, Oracle, Sybase, SQL etc. Any middleware support experience a plus.
