This is a virtual/remote position which can be performed from most states within the United states. To provide System Analysis, Project and Product support for the development, enhancement and on-going support of the capital markets products for the Corporate Bank Capital Markets domain.
This position is a highly visible position within the organization which is designed to achieve maximized profit potential and/or market share by directing allocated resources to assist in the execution of new product rollout, system enhancements, compliance/ risk mitigation, training and daily support of the applications that run within the Capital Markets suite of systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide business, system and operational analysis and maintenance to sustain and maximize performance for capital markets products through the KeyBanc Capital Markets applications and associated vendors
Act as Subject Matter Expert on development projects from inception to ensure the project design and implementation meets the application support policies
Perform analysis/research of system and operational capabilities and modifications based on desired requirements
Develop necessary scope, requirements and technical specification documents to support small to large projects and break/fix
Manage testing coordination, execution and sign-off of internal and external changes including vendor changes
Assist system users and support and delivery teams by analyzing and responding to system and operational inquiries and irregularities
Participate in various workshops in order to understand industry trends, upcoming compliance changes and maintain knowledge of capital markets trends and processing
MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS
The ability to manage multiple small to large projects
The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
Capital markets industry knowledge including brokerage, derivatives and foreign exchange
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Understanding and experience with multiple Key systems and LOB’s
Ability to travel to meetings and seminars when/if needed
Interact with internal and external partners at all levels within the organization
Excellent interpersonal, networking, communications and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven technical Systems Analyst experience with exceptional attention to detail
Proven experience within the Capital Markets industry
