The proper candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience handling litigation and/or employment law matters. The candidate should have strong writing skills, an outgoing personality and courtroom and/or deposition experience is a plus. The candidate will be working in a small defense based law firm handling a variety of matters, ranging from products liability and personal injury to wrongful death and employment matters, as well as some transactional work. Salary is competitive and is DOE.
