The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the practices and procedures of the firm to assure compliance with equal opportunity and equal access policies and will also serve as the functional supervisor of the Office of Institutional Equity in the Director’s absence. Must have a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the position with 3+ years' professional experience in handling and resolving complaints of discrimination and harassment. Experience in research and writing in a field relevant to the position is needed. Valid US or Canadian driver's license is essential. Should preferably have J.D. degree or advanced degree in a field relevant to the position. Experience and familiarity with Title IX, Clery Act, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and Campus SaVE Act is essential.
