We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the EDI File Feed Team. This team is responsible for the implementation, documentation, data quality and issue resolution for incoming data feeds. These feeds support our Disability and Absence Management products and customers in the context of the Aetna One and Aetna One Premier service models.
Prior experience as a Business Analyst
Experience with Sequel queries
Ability to understand Oracle database tables and relationships
Ability to gather and translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements
Proven ability to document, track and resolve issues for incoming client data file feeds.
Proven ability to deliver results within budget and on time.
Team player with a bias for action and the desire to be part of an innovative, dynamic environment
Prior insurance industry experience a plus
Must possess sound knowledge of structured IT application development lifecycles, methodologies inclusive of Use Case tools.
Ability to successfully interact with members, medical professionals and health plan and government representatives.
3 years Business Analyst experience.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
