Role Description:
IS Brand Launch Leader/Business Analyst
This role will work with the Client Engagement Director to partner with brand teams to enable IS systems for the launch of new Brands. This work includes both company developed Brands and any partnership arrangements that company enters into that expand the selling capabilities or Brand portfolio. The individual is responsible for partnering with the Brand to identify the IS services that need to be enabled to support the initiative, securing the required budget, and managing the delivery of the capabilities to the agreed timeline. The individual will primarily work through existing application Business Analysts and application maintenance teams to enable the appropriate capabilities. The person will be managing a great number of concurrent work streams to prepare the systems for the launch. The person must be able to effectively communicate risks and status. The person must also be able to navigate a complex organization while meeting critical deadlines.
Required Skills:
At least 5 years experience in IS project management, with a proven track record
Strong technical acumen
Proven track record in delivering high risk program/projects and decision making
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong business engagement and business acumen with awareness of political/economic environment
Experience bringing together many teams to accomplish a common goal
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Information Systems
Preferred Experience:
3-5 years in the Pharmaceutical industry
Experience with Brand Launches
