POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Vice

President of Operations Excellence, the Business Process Improvement Director

for Lash Group is responsible for providing company-wide strategic leadership

and oversight to operational execution, continual process improvement, and

program training initiatives. These efforts are aimed at enhancing the customer

experience, operational delivery, efficiency and overall business results. The

Director is responsible for selecting, building/developing, and providing

day-to-day leadership to a team of enterprise-wide six sigma qualified specialists,

business analysts and other process improvement resources,. This role is also

responsible for designing a company-wide strategy for collaborating, coaching,

and developing Operations and other functional teams to implement standardized

“best practices,” process and continual improvement solutions.

PRIMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited

to:

Apply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to evaluate,

design and implement process efficiencies across client programs and

general company operations. Lead a team of Business Process Improvement

Practitioners. Consult with and present to senior leaders on

overall process improvement initiatives and strategy. Individually and through a team of Business Process

Improvement Practitioners work with Operations leaders and directly with

clients to identify process improvement opportunities across Program

Operations. Develop and implement, scalable and repeatable process

controls across Patient Services. Evaluate and select high-impact process improvement

opportunities and provide consulting to Program Operations and other

business functional groups to improve and strengthen business processes

and service excellence. Design and lead

forums to support, build, and expand internal capabilities and

skills of company-wide quality resources and program operations to adopt

best practices, improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Drive implementation and

institutionalization of:

Capacity building strategies within program teams to

sustain operational delivery that will positively impact business results Approaches to support operational programs on

implementing the quality methodology for both new and existing programs Continual process improvement methods to act upon

data and themes identified to positively impact operating income

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE AND

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree required,. Minimum 10 years of successful continuous process

improvement / lean six sigma experience with 5 years leading large scale

business process improvement initiatives. Minimum of

5-7 years team management and leadership experience Six Sigma Black Belt (or other nationally-recognized

business process improvement certification) required.
