Business System Analyst Sr. System Analyst

Profile

Responsiblities:
Conduct requirements analysis, maintain requirement repositories, and ensure the solution meets the requirements as the subject matter expert through implementation
Conduct requirement review sessions in order to validate requirements with project stakeholders
Ensure that analysis artifacts follow established standards and processes
Review and approve high-level designs, functional specifications, user interface designs, and test cases
Provide implementation support by attending defect and UAT meetings and participating in pilot/launch activities
Ensure and develop best practices and procedures to improve quality of deliverables and efficiency
Identify issues and risks, and handle and communicate them in a manner that mitigates risk to quality, timeline, and scope
Monitor quality of deliverables and / or process changes for improvements
May oversee multiple Business Analysts to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive set of requirements across functional areas
Qualifications:
Need for a BA in what we call the offers domain.
7 years minimum of IT experience
A systems analyst background preferred
Minimal PM experience. Candidates with much of a PM background do not normally enjoy the level of detail this offers space merits.
Excellent communication skills.
Work experience as Business Analyst in related business/industry
Extremely fast paced environment experience
Functional within a tight-team structure
Results and quality driven professional with an ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Understanding of various solution development methodologies
Experience in Finance/Accounting a plus
Experience in a large consumer billing system implementation or migration desired
