Looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Support Consultant to help support a homegrown procurement / workflow tracking application. The application crosses multiple business units for clinical and non-clinical users with dashboards, cost tracking, operation systems and contract management, etc. Candidate will be supporting power users, troubleshooting system for issues, debugging issues, using SQL Queries to pull and compare data, etc., document issues and communicate changes to application development group. May have to perform some manual testing and document system. Must be able to navigate system on their own. Must have excellent communications.
