Job Description:
Global Sales Compensation Operations (GSCO) is looking for a manual program execution analyst to work with manual programs with focus on governance of Non-GSCO initiated comp adjustments or program files.
Responsibilities:
Manual Program Governance - Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned manual programs
Produce and maintain various reporting, dashboard, or metrics
Execute and monitor new & existing manual programs
Produce ad hoc local report as needed
Make continuing improvement on current processes and optimize
Standardize worldwide consistent manual program processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communications, influencing, negotiation, problem-solving skills; ability to work within a team environment at all levels; ability to handle tight deadline and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Intermediate/Advanced Excel analytical skill is a must.

Task Breakdown
Ensure accuracy and completeness of both onboarded or non-onboarded programs
Review data received and produced against audit plan
Validate file formats & completion checks
Validate approval paths in place are accurate and available
Deadline Management
Ensure all programs are uploaded by global deadlines
Manage any delays or missed uploads via business leads
Mitigate downstream issues by proactive approach
Design, develop, execute, and monitor new and existing manual programs (With support of MPBA)
Assign to new program at design stage & work with MPBA
