Front Desk, Client Care Representative for well established feline / canine animal clinic.
Seeking an outgoing, friendly person with excellent telephone skills, knowledge and speed on keyboarding, and on basic computer software; an ability to learn new software, policies, and client educational topics concerning felines and canines. Basic office machines and tasks such as fax, scan, email, copy, etc needed.
Physical requirements include ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods, keyboard, lift/push/pull 30 pounds from different levels without assistance and more with assistance. Ability to work from floor level, seat and standing level, and overhead with safe usage of 1 to 3 step ladder when needed. Must be comfortable around cats and dogs of all sizes and able to learn techniques needed for different animal temperaments.
Our team is looking for someone who can grasp concepts quickly and welcomes input on job performance. We are a well aligned team and appreciate someone who wants to contribute, be helpful, and has a positive attitude. Excellent attendance and punctuality are requirements. Must be able to collect fees, handle money, and perform daily balancing activities/reports.
Hours we are most trying to fill are 12pm to 7pm Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays from 7am to 2pm. Full time employee preferred. After additional training, taking part in weekend kennel shifts is required.
