This role is responsible for communication with clients to resolve problems, request account information and documents * Responsible for all in-bound re-active calls o Rectify client issues that have occurred
o Handle direct payments to establish commission due or not due o Deal with corrective balance and collection account updates/notes. * Responsible for all out-bound, pro-active client contact to: o Update client information
o Monthly client reports o Confirm listings o Respond to client calls regarding account updates/reviews. * Contact with client to provide and establish a client care perspective as well as any other tasks that may be assigned by management.
Training clients on multiple import sites utilizing webinar
/ Attire - Business Casual and Casual days typically on Fridays. /
* Ability to work on multiple internal systems
Property Management experience
Professional communication with clients, via e-mail and phone.
Skilled typing, 40wpm, minimum.
Coordinating client requests, internal updates/data entry updates, efficiently and accurately.
Ability to multi-task within several programs and during phone conversations.
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of customer service experience
Demonstrate ability to react appropriately to calm and diffuse client complaints
