Some of the tasks required of this project are:
System Administration Services.
Schedule and Monitor Backups.
Monthly/Quarterly Review of Backup Strategies.
Customer assistance with Restore Strategies and Procedures.
Media Management Support for CommVault Solutions.
Ongoing Knowledge Transfer.
CommVault-specific issues support escalations.
Assist CommVault Support Team with CommVault issue resolution by providing onsite access to customer systems and personnel
