This role is responsible for the end-to-end processes for all stock plans at the company . Partnership with Legal, Payroll, Treasury and Accounting groups is critical to the successful delivery of the Plan. Role is also responsible for continued strategy with Corporate Communications and responsibility for all employee education and communication. Additionally, this role will be responsible for support of the Executive Compensation team as needed.
Minimum 3 5 years stock compensation experience; less experience may be considered with advanced degree and/or training
High level of strategic agility, decision making and problem solving skills, high business acumen, and ability to work independently
Excellent verbal, written, analytical and presentation communication skills
Ability to interact with varies business partner including outside vendor relationships
Strong PC skills in Word and Excel
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.\u00a0
Manage complete cycle for equity plans including prepare new grants for approval, processing and distributing new awards, terminations, exercises and releases
Assist with end-to-end administration of Employee Stock Purchase Plan overseeing contributions, purchases, and reporting; includes day-to-day interaction with vendor and transfer agent.
Provide customer service support to resolve employee related issues with all Stock Plans. Support includes email, phone and in-person as necessary.
Partner with key stakeholders in support of all stock matters and administration including, taxreporting, reconciliation, and filings payroll, legal, finance, compliance and HR.
Support the Executive Compensation team with audits, testing and ad hoc requests as needed.
Assist with financial audits and risk & controls analysis. Ensure SOX compliance working with both internal and external auditors.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
