And if a customer encounters financial challenges along the way, we are there to help explore options available for achieving an affordable payment.The RoleThis senior leader will be responsible for establishing the new Consumer Lending Portfolio Management and Governance Team within our Transformation Roadmap Integration Governance (TRIG) structure. This team will consist of a new Consumer Lending Change Delivery Portfolio Reporting group; a Consumer Lending Project First Line of Defense group; a new Change Delivery CoPs, Standards, Resource Utilization and Training team; and the current Consumer Lending Portfolio Management and Release Management teams.This role will have the following responsibilities: Compliance to Wells Fargo Project Policy - understanding all risks associated with its project management activities, and for balancing risk and reward in all decisions. Includes: Validate project Risk analysis Project audits on all high risk projects, 20-50% mediums and 10% of lows - Implementing Program and Project Management Quality Adherence (PMQA) standards and procedures that provide the requirements for enabling and validating adherence to the policy, standards, and methodologies at a business level Project Governance -TMP compliance & CAR reporting Identifying, measuring, assessing, controlling, and reporting current and emerging project management activities and operations Monitoring adherence to relevant Board-approved risk tolerance and limit structures Escalating triggers of risk appetite metric boundaries and project management policy violations to the appropriate level of the company Implementing remediation actions to address practices that expose the company to excessive risk Assigning an operational risk manager and technology representative to the program or project Assigning divisional operational risk managers to participate in the creation and approval of the project risk analysis and (when a program exists) the program risk analysis Dependency Management \u2013 Implement and manage a process to determine dependencies and interdependencies within the business project portfolio at a program, project, and business level Compliance to Executive Sponsor and Project Manager Leveling Guidelines
Portfolio Management including: Release Management Portfolio Management Portfolio Financial Management & reporting Prioritization Project Team Coaching

Portfolio and Change Delivery reporting: Portfolio reporting - Facilitating and implementing reporting, tracking, and escalation procedures at functional level Resource Management reporting Standards reporting Ad hoc reporting Metrics Tracking Project Risk reporting

Change Delivery CoP s, Standards, Resource Utilization and Training: Coordinating PE, PM, RM, UAT CoP\u2019s Ensuring program and project managers are trained to execute the duties and requirements of this policy, standards, and methodologies Ensuring that project managers and project sponsors have the skills and experience appropriate to the risk profile and complexity of their assigned projects. Refer to \u201c Standards compliance Resource utilization - Ensuring project managers have the resource capacity to fulfill their responsibilities for each assigned project. 8 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
6 years of management experience in a planning environment
Other Desired Qualifications Successful completed a Program/Project Management Certification or degree 10 years experience leading a wide variety of projects 5 years experience leading a significant scale PMO Strong teaching, coaching, and mentoring skills Proven success achieving objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from people in other parts of the organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a straight forward and understandable manner

Job Expectations This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
