Contracts Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES: Primarily responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and helping to finalize standard company agreements. Help to establish a contracts management system, manage and monitor contract compliance throughout the organization. Collaborate with other departments such as Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Strategic Relations, IT and Engineering on contract strategy as well as evaluation and implementation of contracted products and services with the goal of reducing process friction, expediting transaction flow, and improving everyone’s contracting experience. Be the primary point of contact to internal clients to answer routine questions regarding the contract administration and negotiation process for selected types of contracts. Research, analyze and implement improvements to contracting policies, procedures and methods. Assist in the monitoring and enforcement of Legal Department policies and procedures. Assist SU in complying with various state and local filing requirements. Tackle special research projects and other duties as requested by SU Counsel.
