Main responsibilities will include: providing operational and administrative support to the Campus Business Advisors and the Campus Development Specialist teams to ensure the execution of a best in class recruiting function. This role will support a variety of resourcing/recruiting activities to include high volumes of data management, organizing of assessment days (SuperDays), applicant process flow and supporting pipeline programs. \u00a0Core Responsibilities:

Manage the postings of all vacancies and event postings

Generate interviewer packs and provide candidate briefings

Arrange SuperDay and schedule interviews incl. telepresence and video conferencing facilities

Help to manage the summer internship schedule and provide assistance during learning and social activities

Maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting and hiring activity\u00a0reports for management/firmwide (global) reporting

Facilitate the on-boarding process working with specialist HR teams

Collate interview feedback from business managers/recruiters and deliver to accordingly to candidates

Process and track invoices and candidate /recruiter expenses

Partner with recruiting and provide on-campus support of recruiting activities including attendance as needed, scheduling, planning, and logistics (rooms, food, materials, etc.)

Perform all candidates updates in internal systems (Job Connect, WCN & Recsolu)

Support and coordinate Summer Intern Program activities

Manage candidate relationships including arranging travel, scheduling, processing of T&E, initial point of contact and pre-employment activities

Create and send out offer letters to candidates

Work with on boarding team to ensure New Hire processing is completed

Produce recruiting reports to meet program specific needs

Required Skills:

Strong focus on operational excellence, ability to handle/manage end to end processes seamlessly

Manage direction from multiple sources having the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Maintain Human Resources records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently\u00a0

Strong attention to detail and strong focus of data integrity

Team player combined with motivation to work individually

Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, applicants and candidates

Ability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively\u00a0\u00a0

Required Experience:

1-2 years industry experience

Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties

Expert user of Campus systems and advocate for these systems across JPMC

Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Capability of working with high volumes in a fast paced environment

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and constantly prioritize workload
