Accountable for working closely with Corporate Services Manager and third party vendors (Amex, Concur, World Travel and Runzheimer) to ensure the delivery of the contracted service level agreements. Ensure UNFI is maximizing its relationship with and realizing all potential savings. Monitor; analyze and track all expenses to ensure they are timely and within policy guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Update procedural documentation for all Corporate Services programs and policies.
Serve as point of contact and administer outstanding professional and timely customer service delivery to all contacts.
Adding and training new users, removing existing users, troubleshooting user and system issues.
Ensuring compliance with all policies, addressing violations and questions related to the process.
Prepare payment files for timely associate reimbursements and/or corporate payments.
Prepare, verify and deliver metrics for managers such as associate spend, company costs, delinquent payments and compliance issues.
College Degree in Accounting or Business or an equivalent combination of experience and training preferred
1-3 years of professional services experience with focus on expense tracking and monitoring, account reconciliation and accounts payable experience would be helpful
Experience with an enterprise software and aptitude for quickly learning various systems
Building relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners
Understands and effective utilizes several complex software applications, included but not limited to Experience using basic MS PC software: (MS Excel; MS Word; MS PowerPoint)
System Implementation preferred
Understanding of accounting, financials and expense data monitoring and reporting
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a deadline driven environment
Strong customer service skills. Manages difficult or emotional situations; responds promptly to associate needs; responds to requests for service and assistance
Ability to function effectively as a team member and organize work activities supporting others on the team
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues accurately and timely
