What you’ll do:

• Be an expert problem-solver. While on the phone, use your critical thinking skills to uncover customer issues and deliver the resolution with empathy and compassion.

• Train like a boss. Your first several weeks will be a combination of on-the-job and classroom learning so you can learn our industry and provide best-in-class customer service to our customers and medical practioners.

• Be an advocate for wellness. Provide personalized education to customers on our healthy living, disease management programs based on their medical conditions.

Qualifications:

What you need to do the job:

• A fun-loving personality. Work hard, play hard. #AmIRight?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1 years of customer service experience

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and window multi-tasking is a must

• Must be on-site and present the entire training period

• Excellent communication skills and time-management skills
