Duties, Key Functions and Skill Sets:
Assisting Project Managers with project tracking, documenting and tracking action items, risks and decisions for Integrated Planning or Project Teams
Ability to interpret and develop Project Schedules
Understanding of Business Intelligence Tools (preferably IBM Cognos)
Understanding of Business Intelligence Data Modeling (Cubes)
Ability to write reports using Business Intelligence Tools (preferably IBM Cognos)
Earned Value Management experience
Ability to interpret and analyze Earned Value information
Preparing reports weekly
Collecting data from various sources for data calls—spreadsheets and reports and presentations
Ability to train users
Ability to create technical documentation such as User Guide, Help Files, Training Materials
Ability to provide customer support
Ability to communicate and interact with customers
Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in SharePoint usage
Desired:
HTML, JavaScript and other web languages
Microsoft Project and Project Server
IBM Cognos, Microsoft Business Intelligence
Active Directory experience (specifically its interaction with Cognos)
SQLServer and / or Oracle
Understanding of SQL
