Experience providing technical support working at an enterprise level
Experience with Migration and Deployment.
Experience supporting Windows 7 in an Enterprise environment.
Experience supporting Office 2007 products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, & Outlook) or higher in an enterprise environment
Experience using Password Reset utilities such as Active Directory.
Maintain and support PC’s, printers and fax machines.
Coordinate requirements with users and suppliers.
Provided technical support on level 1 & 2 bases for upwards of 2000 users.
Supported Office XP, 2003, 2007 & 2010 and associated products for on and off-site clients.
Utilized Active Directory to assist users on and off-site in resetting passwords.
Utilized LANDESK and associated products for remote user control.
