As the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Director, you will be responsible for establishing EMR strategy, goals and objectives – creating and maintaining a positive working relationship with internal teams to maximize revenue potential. You will work closely and report directly to the president to execute strategic business plans for the practice by being able to forecast and manage P&L. You will also be responsible for overseeing the planning and management of client relationships and project activities at our various client sites, generating new client leads as well as management of proposals. Requirements
7 years managing an enterprise network in a business to business capacity
Program Management of Clinical Application Leadership experience over numerous Clinical Application Implementations at a client site, including development, staffing, etc.
Previously held leadership roles in multi-hospital clinical implementations
Able to collaborate strongly with internal teams
P&L Responsibility
Execute and deliver on commitments
Accurately forecast
Duties
Prospect, Develop and Close a Continuous pipeline of opportunities
Maintain account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com
Forecast business, sales pipeline as required by management
Up and cross-sell opportunities, probe for additional contacts w/projects/opportunities
Close Business!!! Achieve and surpass all stated goals for the position
Proven IT solution sales success with C Level and Technical Buyers
Proven track record in high growth, early stage company or territory, growing from $2M thru $10M with demonstrated ability to multi-task and drive a high volume pipeline
Experienced with an individual focus on short sales cycles within the $50,000-$250,000 range
Experience team-selling on longer sales cycles within the $500,000 range
Highly adaptive nature to learn and deploy a variety of success models as the company and channel partners evolve
A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization Epic and other EMR product understanding a plus.

Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
The highest level of integrity
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
College degree or equivalent work experience
Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
Hard working, relentless dedication, winning attitude, desire to close and execute are musts.
Strong accountability, say what you will do, do what you say, and fulfillment are key attributes in a team environment are absolute critical.
Compensation:
Excellent base salary up depending on experience
Strong commission program with residual income on accounts
First year on target to earn $225k with no upside limits
Travel Requirements:
This position will require travel 25-50% of the time within the assigned region.
