Duties: Head the Public Interest Law Center (PILC) and work with the Assistant Dean for the Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) and the staff of the Center for Career and Professional Development. Counsel JD and LL.M students for both government and Public interest careers and placements. Oversee the public interest listserv and programming. In addition to government and Public Interest career counseling, will oversee the JD Pro Bono program, which is a mandatory 50 hour ABA requirement for all JD students. Will be engaged in various events such as the annual Public interest reception at the Bar, attend every other month the regional Public Interest Coordinators' meetings and attend the annual University Career Fair.
