The Director of Food Service and On Premise (FSOP) is responsible for the contributions to set Food Service and On Premise sales strategies while preparing and executing business plan to support, achieving annual Dead Net Gross Profit, Sales and Market Share growth goals.\u00a0 Activities include growing the overall Account base and executing FSOP Look of Success within existing Accounts. This position will develop, lead and direct actives of direct reports to ensure the FSOP processes are being executed.\u00a0 The Director of FSOP must work closely and collaborate with multiple internal and external business partners to create a team environment and working relationship to meet business objectives.\u00a0 Responsibilities includes hiring, training, team leadership, and overall P&L accountability as well as joint call responsibility for a number of major FSOP customers.
The incumbent in this position can sit in any of the following locations:\u00a0

Build and foster strong relationships with the customer base and support and lead the sales team

Support and manage other business functions within CCBCC to help maximize overall AOI

3 Red Rides per week evaluating both the performance against CCBCC LOS standards, FLO, and OPSR performance

Top 10 Account management

Coach, teach, and train the process of influencing the opportunity to sell our total portfolio of business

Review dashboards, productivity reports, and the most impactful trends to identify opportunities and present solutions to management

Support team meetings within each region

Engage within the CCBCC business communities and representatives that support these functions Example: Equipment Services, Call Center

Continue to develop and enhance team communication to aid maximizing sales opportunities

Work with the teams to help maximize the total portfolio of offerings and fully engage the company Look of Success opportunities

Manage and help build the current customer base

Solicit new business and enhance our opportunity to engage new accounts

Ensure CCBCC customer service levels are met by supporting the CCC and local field teams

Assistance to help identify key business indicators that leads to increased output and productivity

May be assigned special projects by the Senior FSOP Director

Director will support the CCBCC bottling right territory

Required Qualifications:

Industry knowledge (5-10 years of experience)

Experience working with\u00a0Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

Valid Driver\u2019s License from state of residence is required

Proven oral and written communication skills

Experienced at problem solving / solution analysis

Proven leadership qualities

Previous experience building relationships

Proven capability to negotiate

Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day on occasion

Must be flexible and able to travel to territory footprint

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor\u2019s Degree
