I have a Career Opportunity for a QA Director / Senior Quality Assurance Manager who wants to work for a start-up that is designing and developing new data storage technologies. You will be responsible for the quality assurance team performing the testing of all data storage technology releases. You will work closely with the product development teams and especially the functional test resources in those groups to develop an overall test plan for a release. You will be responsible for providing testing metrics to characterize the readiness of a release within the project lifecycle. You will ensure delivery on the required performance benchmarks. You will work closely with marketing, sales and support to help define the test plans based on customer configuration and usage. You will manage the lab and associated equipment and will help build the interoperability lab for compatibility testing, performance and benchmarking. Requirements:
Must have current QA Director or Senior QA Management experience at a NAS / Network Attached Storage technology company.
Bachelors or higher equivalent degree in an engineering discipline required.
