This position is Entry Level Career/Professional Qualified. The candidate will define, design and promote continuous improvement of Elavon Processes supporting the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud. Collaborate with process owners to monitor and assess risks and related gaps. Assist business-line process owners to redesign and simplify their processes with a goal of increased efficiency while ensuring compliance with all U.S. Bank policies and banking regulations. Candidate will support Product Owners with user story grooming to implement redesigned processes as needed. Reports directly to the Product Management Director
IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE:
Working knowledge and experience with BPMN 2.0 process design.
Excellent face-to-face communication and relationship building skills.
Well-developed organizational and analytical skills.
Can utilize the proper tools to map business processes.
Ability to identify and solve for inefficiencies within existing processes.
Banking compliance knowledge or experience within the financial sector preferred.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagramming of Processes using BPMN 2.0 standard formatting.
Redesign and simplify processes. Identify inefficiencies within the business lines and determine creative solutions.
Coordinate with business lines and obtain sign-off from each region on the processes
Map, Diagram, and analyze all current processes, compare to redesigned processes and identify gaps, issues, and improvements.
Educate business lines on BPMN and be able to walk them through BPMN process flows.
