We are looking for Equipment Operators of all skill levels to work in West Virginia and Pennsylvania:

Level 1

Must carry out duties in accordance with SWS Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, as well as, regulatory requirements.

Performs job duties in accordance with SWS Best Practices, Operational Policies & Procedures.

Complies with DOT Regulations, including daily logs and DVIR’s.

Conducts limited repairs and maintenance on fracturing equipment with supervision.

Works diligently toward the achievement of team goals.

Proficiently operates Sand Chiefs effectively moving sand from sand chiefs into the blender used for hydraulic stimulation operations.

Understands process of loading and unloading acid used for hydraulic stimulation operations.

Demonstrates the ability to perform basic rig-up operations, including connecting hoses and iron

Must be able to work in a team environment and understand their role as a member of the team.

Demonstrates the willingness and ability to learn the job duties of an Equipment Operator.

Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.

Encompasses the understanding and development of Southwestern Energy corporate goals and fully embodies “The Right People Doing the Right Things” at all times by behaving accordingly.

Work is performed out-of-doors, where exposure to atmospheric conditions of extreme heat or cold, fumes, and gases are frequent.  Exposure to noise, vibration, high pressure, moving/mechanical parts, electrical shock, chemical and caustic materials is common in the normal performance of the duties associated with this position.

The work of this positions involves the frequent movement of up to 100 lbs. to lift, push, pull or carry equipment.

 

Level 2 

Complies with all SWS policies and is a leader to peers in HSE matters.

Demonstrates and maintains all Level 1 roles, responsibilities, and skill sets with minimal supervision.

Proficiently operates Blender and Hydration Unit within SWS Policies & Procedures

Clearly communicates with the Treater throughout the stimulation operations.

Complies with DOT Regulations, including daily logs and DVIR’s.

Exhibits ability to analyze and effectively troubleshoot equipment issues relative to the Level 1 & 2 proficiencies, as well as follow-up with suggestions for improvement, with limited supervision.

Works diligently toward the achievement of team goals.

Effectively communicates problems, issues, and shortfalls to their supervisor. Offers potential solutions and positive suggestions.

Knowingly accepts accountability for decisions and assigned responsibilities.

Work is performed out-of-doors, where exposure to atmospheric conditions of extreme heat or cold, fumes, and gases are frequent.  Exposure to noise, vibration, high pressure, moving/mechanical parts, electrical shock, chemical and caustic materials is common in the normal performance of the duties associated with this position.

Level 3

Includes HSE considerations in all aspects of their duties.  Provides leadership to all team members in HSE compliance.

Optimizes all Level 1 and 2 roles, responsibilities, and skill sets with minimal supervision.

Must demonstrate team leadership qualities.

Takes on a proactive role in the mentoring and training of Level 1 and 2 operators.

Understands and performs pump maintenance in accordance with SWS Policies & Procedures.

Updates pump maintenance logs as required.

Ability to perform as a Level 4 if the need arises.

Works diligently toward the achievement of team goals.

Must exhibit operational excellence to reflect the goal of maximizing efficiency and minimizing overall costs.

Proficiently operates frac pumps within SWS Policies & Procedures and with limited supervision.

Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot and communicate equipment issues, relative to the Level 1 & 2 proficiencies, with on-site mechanics.

Must exhibit ability to perform lab testing of frac fluid ensuring that quality control requirements are met and calculates necessary changes.

Must have basic computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs, including Fracpro and Excel.

Able to communicate effectively with Well Site Supervisor on location.

Recognized leader in all activities relative to HSE and strives to ensure a healthy and safe workplace for all.

Excels in all level 1, 2, and 3 roles, responsibilities and skill sets.

Mentors, trains, and develops level 1, 2, and 3 equipment operators.

Ability to perform as a Treater if the need arises.

Exhibits technical expertise in all aspects of stimulation operations.

Treats others honestly, fairly, and with respect.  Widely trusted as a direct, responsible individual.

Works diligently toward the achievement of team goals.

Able to communicate effectively with all colleagues, regardless of role or level.

Effectively coordinates with supervisor to ensure all personnel are appropriately assigned.

Must coordinate with supervisor to ensure all valves and iron are maintained and in working order.

Communicates with supervisor that all pre-job maintenance has been performed.

Effectively communicates with Treater throughout the stimulation operations.

Ensures operator level maintenance is completed in accordance with SWS Policies & Procedures.

Coordinates with supervisor to ensure all iron is visually inspected prior to rig-up.
