Job Summary
: The Event Services Labor Coordinator will be the primary contact and scheduler for all Stadium Operations hourly staff. The Labor Coordinator will track labor expenses relating to events and insure that credits are issued to all labor departments. Other duties will include assisting the Event Services Manager with Training, Hiring, Intern Selection and Evaluation. Work with both the Event Services Manager and the Event Managers to create staffing templates for Corporate Events and the Tour Program. Will be responsible for the Event Operations Intern Program working with Human Resources to schedule interviews and assign projects throughout the Semester. Responsibilities and role on Game Days are still being discussed.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Primary contact for all Stadium Operations hourly staff.
2. Create and manage employee schedules and work with department managers to process payroll.
3. Assist the Event Services Manager in selecting, hiring and training new employees.
4. Work closely with Human Resources to hire candidates and properly maintain paperwork.
5. Coordinate recruiting activities as required by the Event Operations Dept.
6. Create staffing templates and reconcile labor for all Corporate Events.
7. Schedule, provide direction, and other feedback to Corporate Event Support Staff and Tour Guides.
8. Coordinate recruiting activities as required by the Event Operations Dept.
9. Assist other departments as requested in utilizing part-time Guest Services Representatives.
10. Provide public access to the facility as appropriate. This may include scheduled group tours, limited viewing of the facility to individual guests, and assisting in industry related tours as needed.
11. Partner with Production to provide updates on the Arrowhead Stadium tour page on facility website.
12. Assist in managing Labor and Tour budgets.
13. Assist department managers with employee performance evaluations.
14. Assist Event Operations Department in service related issues.
15. Attend and participate in related meetings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS)
• One to three (1-3) years of increasingly responsible experience in a stadium, arena, convention center or public assembly facility setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or better from an accredited college/university with major coursework in facility management, hospitality management, business management, marketing or related field.
• Flexibility in work schedule. Ability to work days or nights, weekends and holidays on a consistent basis.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation and Internet software.
• Must be proficient in ABI Mastermind database.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Experience with budget preparation and control.
