What you will do:
Ensure proper guidelines are followed during the Geek Squad Protection (GSP) product exchanges
Work with customers to make sure they are taken care of during the GSP fulfillment process
Answer customer questions regarding terms and conditions of the program
Work within the Best Buy Systems

Education Level Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 2 years Services or Retail experience
Two or more years experience providing superior customer service in fast paced environment
Basic knowledge of Service or Exchange Plans
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel experience
Call Center Experience Preferred
