Position Description Under limited guidance and direction, performs advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. This position provides direct support to the Vice President of Marketing analytics, Vice president of Marketing strategy and Assistant Vice President of Product. It also provides ad hoc support to other marketing/product team members and leaders on an as needed basis. Position Requirements PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\u2022 Use various PC software packages such as word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc., to compose/produce correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations, and/or other documents. \u2022 Maintain confidential department files, records, statistics, reports or other data regarding departmental operations, personnel changes, etc.\u2022 Schedule and maintain calendars of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.\u2022 Screen incoming phone calls, emails, and/or inquiries of a routine nature and respond/follow-up/dispatch as necessary.\u2022 Serve as a resource to others for resolving problems and issues\u2022 Within guidelines make independent decisions regarding planning, organization and scheduling of work, and proactively identify, prioritize and communicate to executives issues that need immediate attention. Additionally, make independent decisions regarding planning, organization and scheduling of own work. \u2022 Maintain, track and order office supplies for department/team.\u2022 Sort and distribute all incoming department mail, faxes, packages, etc.\u2022 Perform department related data entry into one or more databases/systems (i.e., Excel, MSS, SharePoint, LITMS, etc.).\u2022 Assist in budget preparation and control activities, including periodic P&L review, accruals, re-classifications and variance resolution.\u2022 Process incoming vendor invoices for payment.\u2022 Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
