Facilities Coordinator (17023149)DescriptionThe primary objective of the Chipotle Development Department is to support Operations by designing, constructing, and maintaining efficient restaurants with distinctive interior design, while pursuing sustainable building options and processes. Our approach to designing and building restaurants using more environmentally friendly building materials and systems is an expression of our Food With Integrity (FWI) commitment. The department seeks new sustainability initiatives as well as innovative FWI practices for all our restaurants. The Facilities Coordinator administers, coordinates, manages, and expedites facilities processes for all markets and locations from turnover thru restaurant opening. S/He supports the facilities team by maintaining various systems and databases. Responsibilities In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:•Maintaining user role and provider database with weekly updates•Ensuring system quality assurance and troubleshooting as needed•Processing vendor change requests; following up on approvals and documenting submission through a workflow process•Sending new vendor set-up packets and invitations in contractor network (Fixxbook), tracking the progress of each step and following up with vendors and accounting team as needed•Working with the accounting team to run an invoicing error report, and following up on resolutions for invoicing problems•Adding new hires into the system and removing terminated internal providers as needed•Changing email routing as needed for internal provider vacations and sick leave•Providing administrative tasks for Facilities staff as neededThe ideal candidate will:•Be able to follow through and provide resolution to Facilities issues•Have excellent written and verbal communication skills •Have the ability and knowledge of drafting routine correspondences•Be flexible with job duties as necessary•Be extremely detail-oriented •Have the ability to learn various systems quickly•Possess the desire and ability to work in a team environment•Be extremely knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a PC, along with familiarity of software such as Microsoft Excel and Access•Have a B.A./B.S. in related field; or an equivalent in education and experience with one (1) to two (2) years’ experience with administrative responsibilities Primary Location: Colorado - Denver - 9999 - Wynkoop-(09999)Work Location:9999 - Wynkoop-(09999)1401 Wynkoop StreetDenver 80202
