We are seeking many qualified Internet Technical Support Analysts (Fiber Customer Support Analysts) to assist our customers with obtaining unlimited broadband capacity and lightning speeds to their homes.
Responsibilities Include:
* Answering calls from customers with order inquiry and/or trouble reports
* Providing fiber to home activation support
* Analyzing and isolating trouble conditions
* Initiating service order corrections and changes
* Understanding of PC components and functionality, the ability to work with customers on the telephone and to isolate/resolve problems with the equipment at a customer location.
Minimum Requirements:
* Basic understanding of communication networking components such as routers, LAN topology, Ethernet and Network Interface cards, as well as a working knowledge of PC hardware/software functionality.
* Must have training, education or experience related to PC home networking technology.
* Required to use a headset and sit at a workstation for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal assisting internal and external customers.
* Must be willing to work regularly scheduled hours 7 days a week from 7am to midnight. Overtime may also be required, including weekend and holidays.
* Qualified candidates must pass all appropriate pre-employment tests, drug screen and a background check
* 1 year customer call center/help desk experience
* Experience as a computer Support Analyst, Ethernet Systems Installer, LAN/WAN Administrator, Network Analyst, Network Technician, Service Technician, Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator and Systems Engineer is preferred.
Salary consideration will be given to those with college degrees.
College (2yr - 4yr) degree in:
* Computer Science

* Computer Engineering
Or Certification in:
* ACHDS (Apple Certified Helpdesk Specialist)
* ACTC (Apple Certified Technician Coordinator

* HTI (Home Technology Integration Plus)
* MCP (Windows 98, XP, 2000, 2003, Windows Security)
* MCSE
* Microsoft Certification
* Cisco Certified Network Associate

Training:
* 40 hours a week paid training
These are full - time regular positions. The pay range for these positions are $385.00 per week to $1,290.50 per week. Wage Credit may be given based upon work experience, education and training.
