This role reports into the Head of Diversity & Inclusion at General Mills. This role will be responsible for overseeing the operations of General Mills' employee networks & inclusion councils. This role will also oversee the administration of functional D&I priorities and strategies as well as D&I events. This role will manage the work of a D&I specialist who oversees diversity mentoring and Affirmative Action Planning (AAP).
Oversee operations of company networks, functional networks, and Inclusion Councils
Partner with Learning & Development team on professional development strategy for D&I
Support Employee Network Summit and Leadership Days
Oversee administration of network and council budgets
Manage overall AAP process as well as oversee key functional D&I priority setting
Support development of contemporary global D&I business case leveraging external benchmarking, employee feedback and research
Oversight for D&I related external recognition
Liaison for key external D&I partners
Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Preferred
5-7 years of experience required, with 3-5 years of Global D&I experience strongly preferred
Ability to influence and build relationships

Ability to facilitate dialogue across boundaries and difference
Ability to aggregate data and synthesize into rich story/communications
Ability to effectively manage and lead people
Ability to communicate in front of large groups/audiences
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
