Our company has been retained to deliver a senior Hyperion professional with at least nine (9) years working in the Hyperion/corporate finance space. In this role you will be oversee and manage the entire Hyperion platform for a very large organization, including HFM, Planning, and the Reports platforms. You must have an expertise in the implementation and upgradation of the Oracle/Hyperion suite of products in consolidation, forecasting, and reporting. You will manage a team of analysts, developers, and architects, as well as any external consultants that are needed. The person we seek must have exceptional project management skills and a demonstrated track record of building and managing a large, best-in-class enterprise platform. Our client is a large organization offering a very fast paced and challenging environment.
To be considered for this position you must have the following skills at a minimum:
At least 9 years experience working in the BPM space, specifically focused on Hyperion platforms
Experience working with global companies
Expert knowledge in designing and developing Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Essbase, Planning, and Reporting solutions for large organizations
Thorough understanding of intercompany accounting, currency translations, multiple accounting conventions, close process, consolidation and financial statement presentation for regulatory and statutory reporting, forecasting, etc
In depth product knowledge of latest version of Hyperion software
Hands-on technical skills as they pertain to requirements gathering, design sessions, prototyping and architecting, development, testing, and maintenance. We seek a well rounded technical management professional
Experience in design/build, development, test and data validation
Expert understanding of Master Data Management tools, Hierarchies/Reporting Structures
Expert understanding of large Business Performance Management systems
Minimum of a 4 year degree
Must have exceptional communication skills and leadership skills
Must have at least 3 years experience total in project management of the above mentioned tasks/skills
Legitimate consulting experience is highly desired
