Working as Full-Time Implementation, you will implement Fastenal's National Accounts customer sites and develop our branches through the Customer Service Project (CSP). This person will be responsible for managing implementation projects from start to finish.
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Managing customer implementation projects from start to finish, projects may include Strategic Accounts and CSP Projects
o Strategic Accounts - holding an initial customer implementation meeting, developing timelines and Gantt charts, cross-referencing, sourcing, establishing min/max's and inventory prep, VMI and In-plant set ups
o CSP Projects - working side by side with our branch personnel and District Managers to build, set, merchandise, and stock our showrooms for new branches, moves and upgrades
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
o Prior sales/account management work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Ability and Willingness to travel 50% or more with some overnights and weekends required
o Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh between 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
