The candidate will serve as a legal advisor to various business units with emphasis on general corporate law, including SEC reporting and executive compensation responsibilities. Will be drafting and reviewing Form 10-K's, Form 10-Q's and Form 8-K's, as well as proxy statements and providing counsel with respect to disclosure and other matters. Must have a JD degree from an accredited university and good standing as a member of one State Bar. Should have 10-15 years of substantive SEC experience.
