As a Mobile Memory Architect Intern at Micron Technology, Inc., you will work with the Mobile Main Memory Architecture team on capturing and analyzing energy requirements for mobile memory devices and systems. Internship is offered in Boise, ID.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Working with internal engineering teams to build and simulate energy models for present and future devices *Work on methods to increase the automation and improve the accuracy of energy estimations *Run simulations ranging from generating power data to building proof of concept mobile devices and systems *Constructing performance monitoring means (e.g. energy, cycles, statistics gathering, etc.)
Ideal candidates for this position will have:
*Knowledge and experience in modeling memory devices *Experience with modeling languages and database development *Experience with Cadence df2 and HSPICE. *Knowledge or experience in DRAM systems as well as other memory types *Experience in Excel, C/C++, System C, Python, or other scripting languages *Ability to quickly react and adapt to changes *Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills as well as verbal and written communication skills *Ability to be highly organized and self-motivated *Must be a strong individual contributor as well as a team player
BS or MS Candidate in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Computer Science!OC()
