Duties: Maintains primary responsibility as **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s contact for potential international students interested in applying for our LL.M. and Non-JD online and residential programs. Will lead the development and execution of international recruitment strategies, including leading virtual information sessions, digital marketing campaigns, attending and helping to plan both on and off campus international LL.M. and Non-JD recruiting events, and traveling throughout the country and abroad to represent Florida Coastal at international LL.M. and Non-JD recruitment events. Will serve as the primary resource for the LL.M. and Non-JD programs on all issues regarding international student recruitment, enrollment, and orientation. Will advise and assist prospective and incoming LL.M. and Non-JD students with all stages of the admissions process. Reports to the Associate Dean of Strategy and Innovation. Lead development of international student recruitment strategies for LL.M. and Non-JD programs to achieve goals for enrollment, quality indicators, and diversification benchmarks while also achieving fiscal goals. Lead execution of international student recruitment strategies for LL.M. and Non-JD programs to achieve goals for enrollment, quality indicators, and diversification benchmarks while also achieving fiscal goals. Plan, establish, track international student recruiting efforts and maintain relationships with Education USA Centers, international bar and law student associations, and foreign universities or educational programs. Coordinate with Office of Alumni Relations to create an international alumni network that can assist with international student recruitment for LL.M. and Non-JD programs; Maintain strong relationships with International alumni. Arrange travel logistics for participating in recruitment fairs, school visits, meetings. Lead multilingual recruiting and communication with prospective and incoming international LL.M. and Non-JD students. Identify and attend recruiting events nationally and internationally to promote Florida Coastal programs to prospective international LL.M. and Non-JD students. Respond (in multiple languages) to all telephone, e-mail and other requests for information from international LL.M. and Non-JD students. Make recommendations and supervise streamlining admissions processes for international LL.M. and Non-JD students. Develop multilingual communication plans specifically for prospective international LL.M. and Non-JD students in admissions funnel, including web-based and social media components. Design and maintain a formal reporting structure and update Associate Dean of Strategy and Innovation on all admissions data related to international LL.M. and Non-JD students on a weekly basis. Create, review, and update admissions applications for LL.M. and Non-JD programs. Keep abreast of changes in regulations and administrative procedures that affect international students. Coordinate with Student Affairs and the PDSO in SEVIS as needed. Collaborate with consortium schools and internal stakeholders on international student best practices and international student recruitment best practices. Develop and implement new student orientation as it relates to LL.M. and Non-JD students. Coordinate development (in multiple languages) of highly professional written materials, development of website content, digital marketing content, and brochure creation for prospective LL.M. and Non-JD students. During the recruiting process, advise international students regarding school issues, housing, transportation, cultural assimilation, and quality of life. Coordinate as needed with the Student Affairs department. Attend and participate in Enrollment Management meetings.
