Ashland is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team in Bridgewater,NJ. Great Opportunity to utilize your inventory skills!

Roles and Responsibilities:

Inventory control for all 3PL warehouses at approximately 12 primary locations ($10M annual spend, 450M Lbs stored)

Assist 3PL warehouses with inventory control (i.e. allocations, blocks, invoicing, stock transfer orders, reclassifications, troubleshooting, etc).

Assist with inbound and outbound receipts whenever necessary.

Adjust inventory / order status every day.

Lead cycle counts as required; including associated quarterly reporting and all discrepancy investigations.

Support SMOG broker sale process & warehouse related inventory disposal activities (Approx. 2M Lbs of warehouse disposal inventory in 2017; $550K disposal spend).

Record and investigate warehousing related complaints (AIRS/QIM) when necessary.

Back up to the primary Transportation Management System (TMS) load planner when needed.

**This position is located in Bridgewater, NJ.

**This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience.

Logistics background required, primarily in warehousing & inventory control

Advanced level experience (5 years ) using SAP required; specifically, with inventory related transactions

Domestic transportation experience preferable (including small parcel, LTL, truckload, expedite)

Transportation Management System (TMS) experience preferable; Sterling IBM/Kewill/Blujay a major plus

Hazardous Material & Dangerous Goods experience preferable.

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize; reliable and responsible to work independently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

College degree preferred

Must be Eligible to work in United States
