A technology solutions firm has immediate openings for motivated and talented Java Developers / Architects. Successful candidates will be involved in every stage of the end-to-end software development process from requirements gathering to implementation and testing. We are looking for individuals who possess the following characteristics:

Duties & Responsibilities:
Work either independently and/or on a small team of technology professionals to complete technology projects
Interact with client representatives; gather business requirements; translate into design specification; build and integrate system components.
Employ object-oriented analysis and design techniques including use case analysis, object modeling and database schema design to ensure business requirements and design goals are met
Participate in application architecture planning discussions
Develop high-level system narratives and user interface prototypes
Ensure software quality assurance standards are achieved and validate that business goals are accomplished
Develop time estimates for software development projects
Support knowledge transfer among team member where appropriate
Keep up with the latest developments in the J2EE technology
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action including weighing the costs of various solutions against their benefits and risks
